At Image Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
