Are Image Skincare products tested on animals?
No, Image Skincare is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a refund.
Are your products safe for use during pregnancy?
While many of our products are safe, we recommend consulting with your physician before starting any new skincare regimen during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, especially regarding products containing retinol or salicylic acid.
Do you offer international shipping?
